Hello! This is Garrett Checked in from Everest Base Camp (5364m/17,598ft).
We did our first rotations at Camp 1 (6050m/19,849 ft) and Camp 2 (6500m/21,325 ft), and arrived at Camp 3 (7230m/23,720 ft) yesterday. The scenery there was beautiful, and then we went down the mountain base camp today.
The team is back. We had just had dinner and were taking a rest. Actually, Terre Reed stayed up late last night at Camp 2, slept at Camp 3, and returned to Camp 2 today. They're doing a great job and we'll be in touch with them tomorrow.
But, everything is fine here! The weather was clear so we got to see some beautiful views. Everyone is happy to come down and we will be checking in soon!
