Royal Caribbean Group President and CEO Jason Liberty said Royal Caribbean is using artificial intelligence, from managing millions of daily prices to reducing waste on board.
“We manage about 15 million prices a day. The past 100 revenue managers have done more or less in the past, and now, more than 90% of these 15 million price points are AI-powered,” Liberty said on Wednesday’s Skift Global Forum.
