Etihad Airways announces Destination Collection and LANEIGE skincare business partnership

Etihad Airways, the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates, will progressively roll out Destination Collection, a new collection of collectible toiletries, in business class across its network this summer. The Destination Collection will feature 14 designs to collect, each inspired by a stunning city within Etihad’s global network, and includes a range of new LANEIGE skincare products to enhance passengers’ onboard experience.

Destination Series: Inspired by the world we fly

Designed to highlight the breadth and diversity of the Etihad network, the Destination Collection draws inspiration from destinations on Etihad’s global map, transforming practical onboard essentials into collectible souvenirs. Etihad’s new business amenity set builds on the success of the collectible Finjans offered to premium passengers on Etihad’s First Class flights; each Finjan is designed to represent an Etihad destination, with cups randomly assigned to passengers traveling in First Class, and the design is updated regularly to create thoughtful souvenirs for Etihad’s guests, reflecting Etihad’s legacy as a champion.

Each set is a collectible souvenir inspired by the places we connect with that will remain relevant even after your journey is over.”

He added: “This is an exciting move for Etihad, bringing our business-friendly suite designs in-house, allowing us to support exceptional talent across the organization and deliver purposeful creative opportunities. The result is a truly Etihad collection, designed from start to finish by our people.”

The collection features two distinct bag styles: Pouch and Slim. Each style is available in seven colours, with each color representing a different city in Etihad’s expanding network. The bags' exteriors are embossed with the destination's name and geographical coordinates, and feature faceted zip pullers and custom linings, with multi-faceted artwork inspired by the cities they represent. Each bag contains a serial number (1-7) indicating its unique artwork within the collection.

The initial rollout will include seven stunning cities across the Etihad network, including destinations such as Krabi, Addis Ababa and Atlanta, launching in 2025, as well as Calgary in October 2026. Each year, as the collection expands, more cities and artworks will be gradually introduced.

The centerpiece of the collection is the Abu Dhabi Edition (#1), which pays homage to Etihad’s homeland and deep Emirati heritage. The design features the Zayed National Museum and embodies the city’s ambition and progressive spirit that continues to inspire the airline’s journey.

Each flight will be loaded with a mix of colors and destination options, ensuring guests encounter a different design every time they fly, encouraging collectability and making each journey feel unique.

Each kit continues to include Etihad’s signature comfort essentials such as eye masks, earplugs and dental kits, as well as an enhanced skincare experience.

LANEIGE joins Etihad Airways

Etihad Airways has partnered with LANEIGE, one of the world’s most popular Korean beauty brands, to launch a curated range of hydration-focused skincare products for business travelers. Etihad Airways is the first airline to partner with the brand, known for delivering innovative skincare experiences, and the only airline to offer LANEIGE products to premium passengers on board.

The partnership is part of Etihad Airways’ efforts to create a holistic wellness-oriented environment when traveling with Etihad Airways and is part of the Etihad Wellness Initiative. The move spurs the airline's rollout of “quiet cabins” and intentional changes to onboard services, including cooking, products, environment and more.

Driven by curiosity and science, Laneige brings decades of Korean skincare expertise with clinically proven formulas designed to restore hydration and comfort during travel.
