Sarajevo Airport handled 177,186 passengers in April, down 4.7% from the same month in 2025, ending two consecutive years of passenger growth. The figure is consistent with expected declines in overall reserved seating capacity recent reportsand will last until May. Many airlines have reduced capacity in April compared to last year, with Eurowings seeing the largest reductions, followed by Pegasus, Jazeera, flydubai, Croatia Airlines, SAS and Freightliners. Between January and April, Sarajevo Airport welcomed 545,370 passengers, an increase of 25,657 passengers or 4.9%.
