Littleton, Colorado – June 10, 2021 – This week, the Globus brand family, including Globus, Cosmos, Avalon Waterways and Monograms, introduced important updates Health and Safety Agreementincluding the need for a League-19 vaccination certificate to join the company's upcoming international trips, river cruises and independent vacation packages.
“The health and safety of our travelers are our number one priority,” said Scott Nisbet, CEO of the Globus brand family. “And, as we are committed to delivering globally sustainable, responsible Part of the promise of travel, while aligning with the expected destination policies, we are proposing a new requirement to travelers for international holidays. They now need to provide evidence of the Alliance-19 vaccination for international holidays. Policy updates follow the latest requirements of many countries, provide our travelers with the safest travel returns and ensure seamless movement between countries and destinations.”
With this new policy, travelers aged 12 and over will need to provide proof of Covid-19-19 vaccination and complete at least 14 days before boarding. The Globus brand family will receive vaccines authorized or approved by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the European Center for Disease Control (ECDC) (ECDC), or official government agencies.
Those who do not comply will not be able to attend planned international holidays with Globus, Cosmos, Avalon Waterways or Monograms. The new agreement will take effect on international holidays that will leave on July 15, 2021.
Nisbet also quotes the company's A safe travel plancreated during the pandemic to gain travelers’ confidence in new and displaced bookings. “If our guests are unable to take a vacation due to the 19th day restrictions, our free mindset travel plan gives them the flexibility to move plans to other 2021 or 2022 dates, destinations, itineraries, or even another brand we’re huge travel portfolio, no fines,” Nisbet said. “We are providing travelers with risk-free booking.”
