President Trump has established a White House task force for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, an event that will be co-hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico.

The task force will be chaired by the President and will include key members of various federal departments, including the state secretary, the Department of Treasury, the Department of Defense, Commerce, Transportation and Homeland Security. Vice President JD Vance will serve as Vice Chairman. Under the order, Trump will appoint an executive director to manage the day-to-day operations and will meet regularly to determine his agenda and guide his work.
