There is no doubt that the gluten-free Epicurus is one of my favorite bakeries in the city. This is the only gluten-free bakery in Vancouver that I know of, and it uses aromatic herbs like rosemary. Yes, you read the right… Rosemary in cookies.
Saying that is an understatement, as the bakery pushes the border by introducing the concept of salty flavor into sweets. In addition to rosemary chocolate chip cookies, there are pumpkin cookies, cookies filled with walnuts and other cookies that ooze out of weeds and chocolate.
But, if you are not a cookie person, don't worry. On the menu you will find brownies, jelly-filled donuts, cinnamon rolls and various types of magic bars.
For savory lovers, the gluten-free Epicurus also offers pizza, cheesy pizza, egg cakes, breakfast sandwiches, scones and more. Remember that not all of these items are baked every day, so double-check the website to see what is baked on that day.

If you are looking for a vegetarian bakery in Vancouver (or Vegetarian Restaurants), Edible flour is a delicious choice. This bakery is completely vegan, but offers a wide range of gluten-free foods.
Some of these freshly baked gluten-free items include creamy pumpkin pie squares, ooey gooey slimy cinnamon rolls, banana chocolate bread and ginger molasses cookies. If you are looking for more classic flavors, there are peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies.
It is important to note that all of these baked goods are not available every day. Currently, only cinnamon rolls and cupcakes are fresh every day. My advice? Call them in advance to see what they baked that day.

Vegan Pudding Company is a gluten-free and vegetarian bakery that serves…you guessed it, Pudding. The best part of enjoying a cup of buttercream pudding is that it takes you back to childhood. Do other people feel this way? Carefree life and joyful nostalgia.
Well, that's exactly what devours a cup of pudding. This is pure freedom in a cup made from three main organic ingredients. Each cup is made of coconut milk, cappuccino pumpkin and pure maple syrup, giving it a rich flavor and sweet texture.
When it comes to flavors, this pudding store offers classic flavors like strawberry or chocolate, but it also offers special flavors like roasted black sesame, matcha and Earl Gray.

If you meander through Gastown, one of the best gluten-free bakeries is Laughing Daughter. Just like the name suggests that the bakery is filled with laughter and joy, full of warm, neighborly atmosphere.
Aside from traditional bakeries (i.e., cookies, muffins, etc.), you can also find delicious lunch items on the menu. On hot days there are salads, on cool days, tomato soup and cheesy sandwiches. If you're craving grilled cheese, they even have vegetarian cheese. I ordered a mushroom cheese sandwich from here, the creamiest sandwich I've ever had!
After enjoying some delicious snacks here, actually stroll through the area at the famous Gaston Steam Clock, it is actually a few minutes walk away.

My favorite of lemonade gluten-free bakery is that it welcomes all types of food allergies. Everything you see is 100% gluten-free, and some items are free of other allergens. That being said, whether you are looking for vegetarian-friendly sweets or are allergic to soy, this bakery is OK.
In this bakery you will find different types of fluffy homemade breads such as gravel, egg bread and sourdough. In addition, there are velvety chocolate brownies, muffins, butter croissants, scones and various types of egg tark, from the warm flavor to the perfect flavor of chocolate.
The menu clearly marks which items do not contain the following allergens (i.e. soy, corn, dairy, nuts and eggs) and which items are vegan. Feel free to order online from this gluten-free bakery in Vancouver or visit a physical location for a sweet and cozy atmosphere.

What’s cool about the bakery with two daughters is that this bakery sells their products in several different restaurants. This is because the physical store only opens special pickups.
