The first thing we have to do after getting off the boat is to head to the beach. Coco Cay has a variety of beaches for you to enjoy on the island.

Chill Island Coco Cay is located on the east side of the island. You can find gorgeous marine life and the best snorkeling on the island. Bring your own snorkeling gear, it's totally free.

Snooze into a diving plane or boat, or watch beautiful fish swimming. Lagoon Beach is located in the heart of the island and is a great place to dip after lunch.

South Beach Cocoa Reef More secluded and quieter than others. This is a great place to read a book or relax.

The beauty of visiting a private island is that it is never crowded. No matter which beach you choose, you can’t fight for beach chairs and enough space to enjoy the water.

We visited the only port cruise of the day so we essentially have the entire island. We grabbed three beach chairs without fussing, and there was no reason to get off the boat early in the morning to secure a seat.

When we loved the beach for a few hours, it was time to change the scenery and have less sand, so we went to the Oasis Lagoon pool.

The pool also has underwater speakers so you can enjoy music even while swimming. We all spent time in the pool, which was much less stressful than taking open water and marine life on the beach and toddler sea life. It was very pleasant to pass both.

There are also various fresh island fruits, desert spreads, and three flavors of ice cream. If you avoid buying a drink pack, the island does offer free water and juice options for free.

If you are looking for snacks, visit two free small sheds. The menus here are much smaller, but they still offer a variety of goodies like burgers, fries, salads, funnel cakes and other desserts.

On the island you will find live music, but if you need a cool shaded beach break, head to Captain Jack's bar.

The bar is an open air concept with a decent seating area that has never been crowded. Our favorite thing is the swing of the chair. We sat there for nearly an hour and listened to live music and several even tried karaoke. This is great entertainment.

Drinks and food in the area are not free, but you can visit one of the small sheds and take a bite before going to Captain Jack to keep it worthless.

The island has many other free amenities for guests to enjoy for convenience and activities. In addition to the large number of beach chairs, you can also find plenty of hammocks to swing and relax on the island.
