IMG Guide and Staff Guide Training 2025 (Harry Hamlin)
OK, this is a package, guys! We will complete our guide training this week.
Over the past week, we have conducted field training for guide review and testing Crevasse Rescue, Avalanche Rescue, Camp Maintenance and more topics. The team we headed to Denali also had their own field days and headquarters days to review everything about Denali, including sled rigging, other technical skills, logistics, rescue operations, and packaging tents for the expedition.
Our new guide will be out for training this week, volunteering with Rainier NP Mountain without leaving any trace training.
The guide training is completed every season, which is an important step because it means that the PNW season is officially in progress.
