menu
ends in five colorsyou’ll find a variety of food and drink options inspired by Japanese cuisine. The iconic sushi donut is back, but there are new foods and drinks to try this year.
Now that we’ve seen the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!

let us start with Wagyu buns for $9.75 made of asAmerican Wagyu Steamed Buns with Green Perilla Sauce. Last year, our dishes were made with asAmerican Wagyu Steamed Buns with Green Perilla Sauce. This year, Disney made some changes and launched Japanese wasabi and shiso sauce.
Well, this surprised us. Violet shiso sauce paired with mustard sauce… complex and interesting flavors. The bread is so good, though, that it doesn’t even need the sauce—they’re just the proverbial icing on the cake. The wagyu was very tender and well cooked. The bread is light and airy with a hint of sweetness.
Next is Taiyaki for $6.75. This project is new to this year's festival and is described as Crispy fish-shaped pastry filled with sweet red beans and served with whipped cream and blueberry popcorn. We've had taiyaki before and didn't like it, but this is another big hit for us. The pastry was very flaky, buttery and had just the right amount of crispiness. The sweet red beans didn't overpower the other flavors. However, we think the whipped topping just adds that extra OOMPH that's really needed. It's light, airy and combines perfectly with the blueberry flavor.
Now, it's time for a fart classic. It's time, everyone. this sushi donuts Back! this is a dButton-shaped sushi with salmon, tuna, shrimp, cucumber and sesame seeds, served with garnished wasabi aioli, sriracha aioli and eel sauce for $8.75. We've noticed in the past that it tastes really fresh, and it's usually a super popular item at this festival. So, what will the situation be in 2025?
last yearalthough we liked it, we thought we needed a little more sauce as the ratio of sauce to sushi was a little off. So, how does the 2025 version fare? But this year, it’s still good. The rice is soft and fresh, with just the right consistency. The toppings were very light and fresh, and the mustard aioli added just a hint of heat.
drinks
Japan has stepped up when it comes to drinks on the menu! Hope you're thirsty, y'all!
let us start with Okinawa lemonade for $6.75. This refreshing little mocktail is a non-alcoholic option made from Lemonade mixed with Shikuwasa citrus. Although very sweet, it is light and refreshing. In fact, we thought it had too much sugar, although the tartness of the citrus dulled the flavor a bit.
There is another citrus-flavored option, but this one is a little boozy with a classic Asian twist. This is Grapefruit IPA for $5.75 for 6 ounces, $9.75 for 12 ounces.
You can also get Junmai Daiginjo sake flight for $16.75. There are three flavors of sake, Plum, Grapefruit, winter and summerand Ouranbo cherry.
Continuing with the drink menu, Masu sake in traditional personalized wooden cup It's back again this year! This is a super fun holiday treat to take home, complete with sake to sip. The best part? It can be personalized to whatever you want!
Catch it at this year's festival $14.
