Pullman Hotels & Resorts undergoes first brand transformation

ParisPullman Hotels & ResortsAs part of Accor's global high-end product portfolio, Accor has launched its global brand transformation for the first time. This follows the successful international launch of Pullman xChange, a new global event series that invites leaders, creators and innovators to bring new perspectives.

A new Pullman experience

Pullman’s transformation positions the hotel as a social arena designed to reflect the mobile rhythms of the modern traveler.

Part of this new brand language is the Pullman portal. Inspired by Pullman’s past railroad tunnels, these entrances mark the transition to a world of communication. Each portal acts as an architectural icon, locally reinterpreted through materials, form and colour. Guests can already experience Pullman Portal at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers, and the upcoming Pullman Perth Airport and Pullman Hamilton will introduce the design feature to new markets. As the renovation program progresses, more installations will be rolled out across the network.

Meeting and event spaces have also been renovated to make them more flexible.

Food and Beverage Updates

As part of the new brand, Pullman menus will prioritize shareability and global flavors. Launching in 2026, Unexpected Pairings is an experiential bar experience that invites guests to explore flavor combinations in food and cocktails by drawing cards from a deck of cards.

People-oriented service

Over the past 18 months, Pullman has launched a new learning program for its teams that focuses on empathy, cultural awareness and building connections. Approximately 60% of Pullman's more than 20,000 Heartists have completed training to date, with the remainder expected to complete training in 2026.

Opening soon

With more than 150 hotels in more than 40 countries and more than 70 projects in the pipeline, Pullman continues to build its global presence in key destinations across the Middle East, Asia, the Pacific, Europe and Africa. The brand is expected to have more than 200 hotels and resorts within five years.

New hotels will debut in 2026 and beyond, including Pullman Royal Key Wellness Resort in Guadeloupe, Pullman Coración Breza in Montenegro and Pullman Tokyo Ginza in Japan.

“Pullman’s transformation marks a bold step into the futureBenoît Racle, Global Brand President, AccorHotels, said: “Every hotel is seen as a place of exchange, where ideas and people flow freely, fostering creativity and connection. Launching this transformation with Pullman xChange was instinctive, as the campaign truly brings our brand philosophy to life. It embodies our new ethosVibrant, connected, and full of possibility. This is just the beginning of a movement that will continue to unfold in our hotels around the world. “
