Kubitt's Manor It is a small but highly acclaimed family-run brewery and brewery on the South Coast of NSW, not far from the rocky coasts of Ulladulla and Mollymook and the sensational beaches, and a few hours’ drive from Sydney.
We first came here on a friend's tip When we live in class years ago. Although something has changed – the deck at the back of the cellar door is also much larger, and the parking lot is growing – wine, beer and the warmest welcome are the same.

Where to live in real estate in Kubitt
Cupitts looked at the 75 hectares of land on the estate and built ten beautiful villas. These villas feel more like high-end hotel suites without impersonal corridors and lobbies.
Everyone is separated from their neighbors and tilted in a way that makes them completely private.
Like the suite, there is a lounge and dining area and a kitchenette. But what sets these villas apart is the deep bathtub outside on the balcony.
At night, you can enjoy the star fire from the soaked head, and during the day (if you are lucky), the manor's cows will grazed in the paddock next door.
Our villa comes with breakfast baskets with crusty sourdough, fresh fruit and cereal, and in the fridge is yogurt and milk.
Instead of the usual coffee cabin machine, Cupitts offers clever foldable coffee bags that sit in your cup and brew.

The corridor is the bedroom. Its huge bed is so comfortable that soft furniture and artwork adds to that style that is both stylish and stylish here.

The kitchenette and minibar are well stocked – and of course there are glasses of winery – but the winery cocktails also have winery bars. There are even oversized ice cubes in the refrigerator, cocktail mix set and heavy glasses to make the cocktail bar give your drink a feel.
There is also a basket of candy in the kitchen. Especially the chocolates in nearby Woodstock are worth mentioning. The brewery staff also recommends going to the Woodstock store to try the source of chocolate.

Apart from the villa, the brewery has a beautiful look, perfect for a delicious glass of wine or craft beer made here. The winery has some small vineyards, but many of the wines they make are grapes from other parts of New South Wales.

Wine usually occurs in 1851 from the doorstep of the cellar of this historic building in 1851. The building used to be a butterfly factory for dairy products standing here.
The family once made their own cheese, continuing the property’s tradition. It's a pity that they don't do it anymore because the cheese is great, but it's a lot of extra work.

When Cupitts built the winery in 2001, they had the promise not only to create a beautiful space to plant, make and enjoy wine, but also to create an underground cellar where wine is stored.
Under the brewery itself, you're more like something you've found in Europe than the South Coast of NSW, and the underground barrel cellar is a very special place.

Later, we prepare dinner. On the deck and in the wine garden, enjoy a casual meal with pizza and a range of other delicious plates.

Admire oysters in vineyards and south coast countryside
Scallops fried with green garlic butter
Grilled figs with capporo and whipped ricotta
Power – French fries in the middle and right, pork rack and grilled Rapini
Octopus and charred Cavolo Nero and Romesco sauce foam

We start with some fresh oysters, serve with a barbecue, then move the scallops on the gears, sautéed in green garlic butter, grilled figs with cappocrollo and whipped ricotta.
In the sun beside us, it shines in the distance as it sails into the sea.
For the main course we went to the pork stand and grilled Rapini, as well as the tender octopus with charred Cavolo Nero and Romesco sauce. Of course there is a bowl of fries.
We shared desserts of caramel figs, pickled hazelnuts and dark chocolate ganache, and then wandered back to our villa for a happy evening.
