Braun Hospitality LLC selects Mereté Hotel Management to manage a new 86-room hotel in Florence, Oregon. this Microtel Inn by Wyndham Florence, Oregon groundbreaking on December 9thIt is expected to open in 2025 and is expected to open in the spring of 2027. The hotel will offer leisure, conference and business travelers a new, modern way to stay in the heart of Oregon's Central Coast.
“Florence is a popular destination for visitors from within and outside the state; this new hotel will provide a modern base for those wanting to explore the Central Coast. In addition, the new hotel will support Florence Events Center by providing overnight accommodations for multi-day events and meetings,” shared Liz Dahlager, COO of Mereté Hotel Management.
The hotel will feature a new sleek look under the Microtel by Wyndham brand, providing guests with a streamlined experience and a stylish feel. Hotel amenities include an on-site bar, free breakfast and ergonomic workstations.
