Judd has extensive experience in fitness, wellness and customer-centric sales, brings a result-oriented approach and has a deep understanding of what high-end hotel operators expect. He will be a leader in independent luxury hotel groups, spas and cruise companies in the U.S. market to help align with brand standards and guest experience goals through tailored solutions.
