IHG Hotels & Resorts is adding eight properties to its portfolio, from London Arrive to Leeds and beyond.
According to the Hotel Group, eight newly signed hotels will add more than 900 rooms to different IHG brands, including the Hotel Indigo Hotel and Crowne Plaza. The new hotel is built on more than 360 properties currently operated by IHG in the UK and Ireland.

“This growth is powered by our strong business, which regards IHG as the top choice for owners and our welcome guests, and colleagues working with us,” Joanna Kurowska, Vice President and Managing Director, IHG UK and Ireland, said in a statement. “From innovating our brands and new hospitality technologies, to the growing and growth of an IHG rewards loyalty program, we are constantly seeking to deepen our guest experience and provide more business to our hotels.”
In London, IHG will add a brand new Holiday Holiday Inn Express – Woolwich to a remodeled five-story office building in the Royal Borough of Greenwich by late 2029.
The opening ceremony will complement London's Voco-Marylebone, which IHG made its debut last year with 93 rooms in the heart of one of the city's most stylish and vibrant neighborhoods.

North of London, the opening of IHG will include the brand new Indigo Leeds Hotel, featuring 107 completely renovated rooms (open later this year), Ghana Hotel Nottingham City Centre (expected to open in the second half of 2025) and 104-room Voco Corby (expected to open in the end of 2025).
This year, IHG also hopes to open a convenient location, 114-room Crown Plaza East Midlands Airport and 53-room Garner Garner Hotel Reading City Center, located in a traditional townhouse, which has already opened the 80-room Garner Hotel Preston Samlesbury.
