First impression
The Swiss Arrival Lounge is located behind the customs and is modern and efficient. Shortly after opening, we visited and the lounge was busy but not close to capacity.
Switzerland Arrival Lounge Bedroom
The Swiss Arrival Lounge has three bedrooms – a double room with a private bathroom and two single bedrooms. If you need extra space, reserve a double bedroom when you arrive in the lounge in Switzerland. Additional towels in the bathroom, Swiss chocolate on the pillow and still or glittering water beside the bed.
Shower room
The Swiss Arrival Lounge offers 20 well-stocked private shower rooms.
Food and drinks in the Swiss arrival lounge
The Swiss Arrival Lounge offers a delicious buffet breakfast including cheese, cereals, fruits, espresso, champagne and Mövenpick ice cream.
Other facilities

Travel Tips Switzerland Arrive at Zurich Lounge
- The bedrooms are popular, so once you arrive at the lounge, ask for it.
- Swiss and Lufthansa top passengers, Senator Hon Circle, Miles & More, passengers from Swiss and Lufthansa stores, Miles & Miles & More frequent travelers can enter the lounges that arrive in Switzerland.
- Swiss economy passengers may be able to purchase the Arrivals Lounge access. Check out the Swiss website to book vouchers for a lounge.
- The lounge arriving in Switzerland is located behind Customs 2 and is open from 06:00 to 13:00 Monday. Swiss Arrival Lounge is also available from Arrival 1.
- Free wifi is available in the entire lounge.
