Introduction is the way to improve their customer service
In addition to current email and phone booking options, Cruise.co.uk has also launched online booking features to its website.
The professional agency said the online process will still include options for advisor presence during and after booking.
It adds the move to “extend customer choice” and “simplify booking process” and should allow consultants to spend more time creating models of packages.
Managing Director Tony Andrews (pictured) said: “We are always looking for ways to improve customer service, and the introduction of online booking is a natural step.
“We know that many customers are comfortable using these systems, but it’s important for us to not lose human touch, so our cruise consultants will continue to help at the site at all stages of the booking trip.”
