The team finally met our team of Sherpas who have been working so hard base camp set up. Hello! This is Garrett examine Madison Mountaineering Everest (8848m/29,032ft) Expedition.
we have reached Everest Base Camp (5364m/17,598ft)! Had a great day Lobush Village (4940m/16,210ft) with beautiful views Everest and the surrounding peaks. It was great to meet our Sherpa team and start settling in. We wake up tomorrow, see off our hikers, and start dialing into our systems here and getting acquainted with our home for the next month.
Well done to everyone! We are so happy to be here and we will be moving in soon.
