Backwater is adjacent to the Confisco Grille-themed Customs House, where all alcohol is impounded upon arrival at the port of entry. Here you can sample an adventurous mix of cocktails, wines and beers from all over the (adventurous) island. We had two favorite drinks in this sleepy speakeasy: lost explorer is a gin-based tiki drink containing juice, oatmeal and falenum, Jalapeño Margaritaa fresh on the rocks margarita made with your desired jalapeño spiciness. We enjoyed having a drink at the port of entry and people watching.
Moose and Goose Jus – $6.92 (tax included)
Available at Moose Juice and Goose Juice located at the end of Seuss Landing and at the entrance to the Skyline Seuss Trolley moose juice and goose juice! Moose Juice is a frozen orange juice drink and Goose Juice is a frozen sour green apple drink. These non-alcoholic beverages are often overlooked in the parks, but are worth your time to try.
Potion of the Gods – $20.24 (tax included)
Sometimes you drink drinks because they're delicious, or they're iconic, or they have a special meaning. For Potion of the Gods, you order this drink because it comes in a giant tall glass with a cherry on top. Head over to Mythos to experience it before it shuts down in early 2027 potion of the gods It’s a drink made with coconut rum, dark rum, liqueur, tropical juices and overproof rum. This drink is delicious and ice-cold, which is a great combination when real heat is hotter than fire in Poseidon's Wrath (RIP).
Hogs Head Beer – $14.38 (tax included)
Strongbow & Fire Whiskey (aka Snakebite) – $19.17 (plus tax)
The Hogs Head Pub is your place to go for all things British – beer, hardwood and animated boar heads (well, maybe that last one is at the Hogs Head Pub). Here you can buy British beers and ales such as Hog's Head Beer Red Ale, this is a great beer to have with your fish and chips or to work some magic with your new Ollivander's wand. If you're craving something a little sweeter and more potent, then check out Strongbow and Firewhiskey The cocktail (aka Snakebite) combines the sweet apple flavor of Strongbow with the cinnamon aroma of whiskey. It was the perfect combination for Hagrid to queue for two hours.

Isla Nublar IPA – $14.38
Zombie – $22.37
Between the wizards and the dinosaurs is a small building that houses The Watering Hole, a Jurassic-themed bar that serves mixed cocktails, beer, and wine. Here you can drink two of the park’s signature drinks, hops Isla Nublar IPA and funky, dark, intense zombie. Isla Nublar IPA is a specialty West Coast IPA style beer produced by Florida Beer Company, with rich flavors of apricot, grapefruit and orange. It has a whopping 6.5% alcohol content, so don't have too much or you might fall victim to a mosasaur. We love picking up one while we're in line to buy the VelociCoaster.

Not to be outdone by its hoppy cousin, The Watering Hole's Zombie is a potent combination of absinthe, rum, bitters, syrups, juices and more, creating a top-shelf cocktail that'll keep you high for 65 million years. This drink is strong and not for the faint of heart, so opt for one if you're up to the task.
