Who's excited about apple season? 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♂️
Of course, you can find big name apples like Honeycrisp, Gala, and Pink Lady all year round, but October is when the interesting apples show up! We're talking about vibrant varieties like Winesap, Gravenstein and Ashmead's Kernel.
Inspired by our recent camping trip along the Hood River Fruit Loop, we wanted to share five of our favorite apple appetizer recipes. On the way to the campsite, stop by the farm stand or U-Pick the orchard to bring home enough for breakfast, dinner, or even some dessert for the campfire.
