Ann Arbor, Michigan—Alpine Real Estate Capital Announced that it has successfully represented the buyer in the purchase of the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel in Bay City—Riverfront in Bay City, Michigan.
Alpine was brought in to assist with negotiations and due diligence for the DoubleTree Hotel and Conference Center located on the Saginaw River in downtown Bay City. The firm successfully negotiated pricing and terms and then assisted with all aspects of due diligence, including appraisal and environmental execution, lender analysis and approvals, and coordination with legal counsel and seller representatives, leading to a successful closing.
