If you like chocolate, this is definitely the place to go, especially because We didn't expect to love this unique dessert as much as we did and now we are completely obsessed.
this Chocolate Pistachio Straws Available now at The Ganachery $9. this is a Rich, thick, creamy, decadent chocolate milk Serve in dark chocolate cups and top with homemade pistachio whipped cream and freeze-dried raspberries.
To be honest, we thought it was a gimmick at first and were fully prepared, just with something special surrounding the chocolate milk. To our surprise, After stirring, the pistachio whipped cream blends perfectly with the chocolate. Rich chocolate flavor, especially when you squeeze the cup and the dark chocolate shell around the cup starts to crack, but the whipped cream balances it out nicely.
Some small bits of dark chocolate did break out of the inside of the cup, which was a nice surprise, Same goes for the random little pops of raspberries, which are quite sour when sipped through a straw. Nine dollars may seem a little steep for a delicious glass of chocolate milk, but if you're not an ice cream fan but still want something cold and delicious to eat on a summer day, this is a great option.
