Turn up the volume and warm up your air guitar, because Rock 'n' Roller Coaster starring the Muppets has arrived at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Beginning May 26, the legendary ride will be reinvigorated with a rock-infused mix, transporting guests directly into The Electric Mayhem’s biggest night yet. With high-speed thrills, a heart-pounding soundtrack, and a one-of-a-kind VIP roster, this redesigned attraction hits the right notes.

Electric Mayhem performed a concert at the grand opening of Rock 'n' Roller Coaster starring the Muppets.
The Muppets, including Kermit, Miss Piggy and The Electric Mayhem, performed live at Disney's Hollywood Studios with special guests Darren Criss and John Stamos.
The concert was held in the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster courtyard, with a makeshift stage set up in front of the building.
Electric Mayhem opened the show with “Born to be Wild” before performing another number from the ride. They also performed “Song 2” Original song from muppet movie“Can you imagine?”

Electric Mayhem: One Night Only!
Electric Mayhem headlines one of the most talked about concerts of all time in Hollywood. Dr. Teeth, Animal, Floyd, Janice, Zoot and Lips are ready to rock the house – and everyone will be there.
There's just one little problem – the band can't be found!
Your VIP tour begins inside G-Force Records – the iconic rock and roll studio where the magic (and mayhem) just begins.
In the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster courtyard, the attraction’s signature guitar tent is making a bold new statement.
Electric Mayhem put their own spin on this ruby guitar, with a vibrant, psychedelic design inspired by classic Muppet car paint jobs.
The piano graphic on the bottom will feature a gold key as a nod to some distant band leader.
A star-studded rock hall
G-Force Records is opening its legendary doors to give you a glimpse into where the melodic magic happens. Things may be looking a little different at this Hollywood institution, as the brand recently came under new management!
The colorful crew of The Muppets have found some new homes…with a little help from Scooter's uncle, real estate mogul and Muppet Theater owner JP Grosse (who literally puts the G in G-Force).
With posters in every corner highlighting the iconic band's legendary career, you'll have plenty of stunning backdrops to strike your best poses.
Welcome to G-Force Records
On your VIP tour at G-Force Records, you'll be welcomed into the recording studio, and little would you know, there you'll find The Electric Mayhem playing the familiar tune Can You Picture That? as they rehearse for the big concert.
You'll be completely immersed in the story with Scooter, the first-ever audio-animatronic character, utilizing motion capture technology from Scooter the Muppet (yes, the actual adorable Muppet you see in the photo above).
By recording and tracking Scooter's performances, Walt Disney Imagineering was able to build and program a character that looked, moved and expressed exactly like Scooter, down to the smallest details.
Along with the best audio engineers (all Penguins, of course), Scooter is doing his best to convince The Electric Mayhem to stop jamming and appeal to their increasingly restless fans. But will it be enough to get the band across town and on stage in time?
Thanks to the latest technological advancements from Muppet Labs, we'll be boarding a super-powered vehicle in the alley behind Studio C called the Long Term Mobility Object (LIMO)!

Just steps from the ride exit, Swedish Chef's FØØD strikes a whole new chord in the courtyard.
The fan-favorite spot is getting a new look and updated menu, including new snacks and beverages designed to keep the good vibes going long after the ride is over.
With the opening date officially set for May 26th, the band is warming up and the LIMO engine is revving. So, grab your sunglasses. Get your vocal cords ready. This concert is about to move from rehearsal to the highlight.
