As part of Hyatt's community-focused JdV collection, The Chambray will offer 125 thoughtfully designed guest rooms as well as food and beverage offerings from IRHG, including a coffee and pastry bar, a Mediterranean-style ground-floor restaurant and a rooftop sushi restaurant with unobstructed views. Additional amenities include 2,300 square feet of meeting space and a fully equipped fitness center.
“We are excited to celebrate the groundbreaking of The Chambray with DSM, Stafford and other community partners,” said Gabriel Perez, Chief Operating Officer of Lodging at IRHG. “Roswell is a city that embodies the spirit of hospitality, and we look forward to continuing to build on this community’s foundation and provide meaningful hospitality to everyone who walks through our doors.”
A collaboration between Matt Mitchell Design, David Thompson Studio and 617 Studio, The Chambray’s design draws inspiration from Roswell’s rich history as a textile town, complementing warm and inviting tones with carefully curated fabrics and artwork.
The site itself encourages visitors to explore the vibrant attractions of Southern Post and nearby Canton Street, while the natural environment offers abundant opportunities for outdoor exploration, including the Chattahoochee River and its trail network, parks, and the nearby Roswell River Trail.
