Dubai has introduced a ground-breaking city-wide, one-time, contactless check-in system for all its hotels and holiday homes, making the emirate the first global destination to deploy such a unified, government-backed solution across the entire hospitality industry.

The initiative, approved by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, is developed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) in partnership with independent providers, using Biometrics and digital technologies Transform the guest journey and eliminate the need for visitors to queue at the front desk or deal with paperwork.
