Emma was very impressed with this stall – especially the Tostada de Carne!

While it seemed a little dry at first, the toppings on the beef really took it to the next level and helped all the flavors and textures blend together perfectly. The Tostada is also super crispy!

Breedlove's favorite

Breedlove has two favorites that he'll catch again! first is Sausage Tamales From Nochebuena Cosina. It comes with cotija and spicy red chile sauce and costs $5.50. He is a huge fan of this dish! The sauce is rich and spicy with a biscuit-like texture, rounding out the flavor, heat and texture of the dish.

He also likes it very much Apple Pie Frozen Puree From Block and Hans. Even though it tastes more like frozen hot cider than apple pie, it still ranks among his favorites. The frozen apple cider base is delicious (you can find the same base at Screen Door at BoardWalk and the base for LeFou's Brew at Gaston's Tavern), then topped with cinnamon syrup and cinnamon to take it to the next level
