Piha Beach is the most recognized beach in Auckland's West Coast Beach. Piha consists of black and blue volcanic sand and the famous lion rock, the lion rock is famous for the lion's pose. Kitekite Falls is a beautiful waterfall hidden in the local bushes behind Piha Beach. It's just walking a short distance or driving away. Tongariro National Park
