In this role, Ashish will lead the global growth of Retgain’s AI-Fir-First suite UNO to simplify, automate and optimize hotel operations.
Uno brings Reagain’s channel manager, central booking system (CRS), booking engine and Viva (AI-powered voice and proxy solution) into a unified experience that automates decision-making, breaks silos, and delivers better results for hotel teams. In a short period of time, many hotels have adopted UNO, reporting tangible benefits in bookings and more effective distribution management.
Ashish will oversee UNO’s strategy, innovation and adoption worldwide, with a focus on enhancing its AI capabilities and delivering faster, insightful actions to hotel partners. In his experience in strategy, transformation and leadership, he has held key roles at ECOM Express, Oyo, Propstack and Kearney and has been open across markets in India, Europe and Southeast Asia.
