Netherlands and the United States add third dedicated ship to Nordic season 2027

The Netherlands and the United States will expand its operations in Nordic Europe with its third dedicated ship in 2027.

Zuiderdam Will join Nieuw Statendam and Rotterdam Among the guests throughout Nordic Oosterdam The main ship sailing of this line will continue. Nieuw Statendam and Rotterdam Will continue to go to Rotterdam's main port Zuiderdam Will sail from Amsterdam. Both Zuiderdam and Rotterdam It will also be offered with Reykjavik, Iceland and Nieuw Statendam An alternative itinerary will be returned to the city of Dover, England for those who wish to sail from England.

Nordic

As one of the world’s mountaineering cruise companies founded in Rotterdam in 1873, the Dutch United States kept its European heritage at the forefront of the onboard experience. From classic design to “Dutch Day”, “Dutch Touch” can be found on every ship and on every itinerary, which blends many Dutch American traditions into the celebrations of Dutch culture, cuisine and nations.

On each voyage, the “Nordic” experience continues to board and shore through locally sourced regional cuisine. Guests can also learn more about each destination through a series of “Up Close” talks and port talks, as well as local entertainment at locations like Warnemunde, where they can absorb the sound of the German OOM-PAH band.

Mediterranean

Also bookable in 2027 are a series of 7 to 15-day voyages in the Mediterranean Oosterdam and Nieuw Statendam.

Each cruise will sail from one of four homepages: Barcelona, Pilaes (Athen), Trist (Venice) and Civitavicia (Rome). These seasons will explore a total of 54 ports throughout the season. Travelers can also combine their trips into voyages up to 21 days without repeated ports.

Bookings for 2027 Rotterdam, Nieuw Statendam, and Oosterdam Booking is available today. Booking will be open Zuiderdam and VolendamVikings sailed later this month.
