For anyone visiting the interior, Uluru attractions in Australia are a must see. Angangu, an Aboriginal in Australia's Red Centre, believes it is sacred for thousands of years. I want to use the roots of this ancient site to discover its essence, rather than the exploited postcard image “Ayer's Rock”. In Uluru, geological and mysterious dimensions are infinite and offer many ways to explore this iconic landmark.
To give myself time to see the Uluru attractions in Australia, I kept it for 4 nights and 3 days at a hotel in Yulala. This is a community for tourists in Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. After a 6-hour bus ride from Alice Springs, I quickly settled. Then I took the shuttle bus to spend the afternoon and sunset in Uluru. Meeting Uluru for the first time is one of the experiences you will never forget. It is indeed surreal, as if it was brought to a mysterious era and place just through the existence of Uluru. I could feel its ancient roots that made me a deep dimension, related to my ancestors, and lost myths from universal thought.
This landmark is Inselberg or “Island Mountain”
This monolithic landmark is alone as one Inselberg, Literally, “Island Mountain” is a trace of eroding mountains. Its loneliness, the presence of boulders is almost invasive to your senses! It is 345 m tall and has a circumference of 9.4 km. Secretly, it is part of the underground mountain range, submerged 5-6 kilometers below the earth. This includes nearby Kata Tjuta and Connor Mountains. Sandstone and feldspar with iron minerals oxidize to form an imminent red presence. Uluru's unique geological characteristics are its rock homogeneity and lack of joints, resulting in minimal development of scree. This function is what causes its lifespan and survival, while the surrounding rocks erode.
Uluru attractions/sunset crowds in Australia
On the next day I spent a morning and an afternoon/sunset walk with the Anangu people Through Indigenous Organizations. I want to connect with the Aboriginal Dream Stories of Uluru and learn more about this ancient and rich culture in its indigenous environment. After watching the sunrise in Uluru, I went for a morning walk in Liru. This is led by an indigenous person whose interpreter is from the cultural center to the Uluru base.
He demonstrates how to make spears and cool dragons from the trunk (carriers balance over the woman's head). Sprinkle along the red dirt on an eclectic flower. This year, the Red Center has seen the most rainfall in 50 years. Therefore, the Murga tree forest is enhanced with flora such as lavender, honey greyvilla, desert red peas and pink eternity.
Uluru attractions in Australia – Kuniya Walk
In the afternoon and evening, I went to the Kuniya Walk for an Aboriginal woman to explore the terrain of bush food and medicine. Also, study dream time Creating a story. I found my favorite Uluru sanctuary in Mutijulu Waterhole, where it spans numerous inspirational places. Immediately, I felt the tranquility and silence so empowered that my mind accused meditation.
Aboriginal myths about dream creation stories
The Aboriginal Guide tells a fantasy time story about the Battle of Lilu. Poisonous snake and Kuniya, a young woman python. Long ago, during the Creation or Dream Period (Tjukurpa) in the Creation or Dream Period (Tjukurpa), Kuniya was ambushed by liru (venomous snake) and killed by a spear. Missed spear punches holes in the still-existing Uluru rock. Kuniya's aunt was so upset that she killed one of Liru. Blood flowing out of the deceased's head can still be seen.
This is just one of many indigenous creations or fantastic stories about Uluru. These explain the unique, physical characteristics of this natural monument. Interestingly, while observing the landscape of this story, we found a large monitor lizard disguised beside the canyon wall. He stayed there, a silence messenger, for all of us to observe.
Bush Food and Medicine and Coolamon
Aboriginal women and interpreters selected samples of bush food and medicine, collecting them in Coolamon. We observe Ocher paintings on the canyon walls. I learned that concentric circles indicate water holes and yellow flowers, honey grevillea. By the end of the walk, Ku Meng had grown into a colorful treasure pot. We sampled very delicious desert peaches and figs. But they are smaller than those from the United States and sweeter than
According to survival needs, the desert stimulates the creativity and resourcefulness of the natural kingdom. Glut eating is just not part of this environment. We watched the day for the second sunset in Uluru. It was softer than the night before due to the fire fog of the bushes. I began to admit that I was disappointed with the hazy gray sky and accepted that I might miss the glowing, red reflections that Uluru is famous for at sunset.
Uluru attractions in Australia – Helicopter riding
The next day was a whirlwind, starting with a helicopter riding in Uluru, from a seemingly disproportionate Uluru and Kata Tjuta from a seemingly Flat, endless Spinife landscape.
In the afternoon, I took a walk Go to the Walpa (meaning “wind”) canyon in Kata Tjuta. From the same underground mountain range as the one in Uluru, Kata Tjuta is also known as “Olga” or “many heads”. This name is due to its dome-like sandstone formation. On my walk we walked along a quiet stream along a trail through a canyon between 2 sandstone domes to a spear tree. The unique ecosystem of the region grows plants from other parts of the world. I'm not trying to undermine the grandeur of Kata Tjuta, because it's as spectacular as Uluru in its unique way. However, I just didn't spend enough time to get in touch with it. (Picture below)
Finally, during my third sunset view, I was delighted to see the famous sunset, illuminating the main red spectrum of Uluru. (See the first photo) The wind changed, blowing the bushes away, leaving behind a clear sky that created a bright sunset. This makes it possible for Uluru to reflect bright neon red lights, about 10 minutes before the sun sinks below the horizon. These short moments are portals in time, uncovering eternal glimpses when sunset brings Uluru into the electric rays of the Red Dream Age. This perfect ambient storm has produced a stunning and bright visual in synergy that you can’t believe it. This beauty seems to be possible only in the supernatural realm. However, my photos prove the true beauty of Uluru at sunset.
Red dream walk
The climax and highlights of all my experiences in Uluru were my last day, my 3 hours walk at the bottom of Uluru, 10 km. It is inconsistent to interpret it in a linear way, so I concluded with the red Dreamtime Journal excerpt:
My walk
The walkabout unfolds naturally into a vision quest, as the meditative surroundings deeply pull me into a rhythm that flows freely with nature…I feel the Songlines sing through me, out into the harmony of oneness… each step is a breath in and out, connecting me deeper and deeper to a surrendered movement and path… invisible vortices subtly tug at my magnetic field, expanding my awareness…the ancestral shadows are keenly now allows me to dig into the deepest source of existence. Eternal integration of eternal roots into a solid resonance, open a portal to roam in time and space… The mysterious landscape drum enters my bone marrow and call me to let myself go…
Creative power is the same as present, with the dance between the past, present and future rocks, colors and light. I realized the eternity of this moment, and it was so deep at that time.
The lithosphere sounds our infinite dimensions and layers of consciousness, and it sounds from it. Animals, birds, flowers, rocks, springs and trees are vibrant in a network of existence. Everything is everything. Naturally, it is the power to integrate the whole. The bushes grow from the ground, providing a gift of the nature of the earth. An intuitive feeling can see every field of view, smell, sound and feeling as a sign of truth. The spirit of the internal organs breaks the boundaries into beautiful abyss. The beauty of the wild is immersed in the skin with fishing, singing in the wind, and the sky and the earth become pioneers of wisdom. Listen to the song line and sing until coexist. The red rock formation is the chimera that creates the story. In Uluru, around Uluru Red Dream Time. Palia…
