Ideally located in the cultural and financial heart of the King Abdullah Financial District, Zuma Riyadh has two floors connected by a central spiral staircase. An interactive sushi and robata counter welcomes guests, giving you a front-row view of the craftsmanship and precision of Chef Zuma. There is also a sophisticated bar and dedicated DJ counter inside, with carefully curated music setting the tone for the entire restaurant. For after-get off work gatherings, the mysterious Zuma Lounge invites guests to enjoy signature beverages and bold late-night fare in a cheerful atmosphere. The heart of Zuma Riyadh lies in its extensive menu, showcasing the brand's signature dishes as well as global favorites, crafted to highlight the best of contemporary Japanese cuisine. Guests can enjoy signature miso-marinated black cod wrapped in large leaves, oven-roasted barley-miso corn-fed chicken, and savory salt-grilled sea bass with charred tomatoes and ginger. Unique dessert creations add a regional flair to the Riyadh experience, with Ajwa Date and Miso Toffee Cake, an indulgent dessert served with minced ginger, poached pear and sweet corn mochi ice cream, paired with the usual favorites.
