Italian leisure airline Neos Air will launch direct flights between New York's JFK Airport and the southeastern Italian city of Bari.
Weekly summer seasonal flights will operate weekly from June 3rd to October 15th. This will be the first transatlantic flight from Bari and Neos’ third route to the United States, following services to Kennedy departs from Milan and Palermo.
Neos will fly the route using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, offering premium economy and economy class.
Neos was founded in 2002 as a subsidiary of Italian tour operator Alpitour. The airline operates 16 Boeing aircraft, including six Dreamliners. It debuts in the United States in 2021.
